The Muncie Land Bank is partnered with Pathstone in promoting its homebuyer acquisition rehab program (HARP). Land bank bidders that wish to rehab a land bank structure for homeownership purposes are eligible to apply to Pathstone’s HARP program on their website.

Pathstone’s HARP program involves an orientation and education component, where buyers will be educated on how to rehabilitate property and deal with the highs and lows of homeownership. Applicants could be eligible for grant funding, with between $20,000 and $30,000 of rehab assistance being available to qualified buyers.

Applications for the HARP program are open on the Pathstone website via the button below. Land Bank bidders who apply to HARP are encouraged to mention that they are bidding on a landbank property.
