How Our Process Works:

The side lot application process is not instant. After receiving your application, the following steps will be taken:

• Applications will be reviewed by land bank staff.
• Land bank staff will reach out to you via e-mail with any additional questions within one business week.
• If no other applications for the lot have been received by the land bank within 45 days, your application will be presented to the land bank’s board of directors.
• If the board of directors approves your application, you will be contacted to close on the property.
